General Server Changes
- Doubled the available server memory from 2048 to 4096 Mb
- Activated Multicraft License - Players should no longer see "This server is run by Multicraft" messages in chat
New Plugin Functionality

- Enabled Ammeter - Allows you to measure power level of redstone wire using a lump of coal.
- Enabled Better Leads - Allows you to attach leads to most mobs, if you can sneak up on them before they target you. If you are successful they will not target you while leashed. Also enables some features for hitching posts.
